Cropped linen culottes with a shirred high waist, wide straight legs and side pockets. RILEY fits closely only at the elasticated waistband, then opens freely across the hips and down to the ankle-grazing hems. The broad shirring gives the waist plenty of stretch while keeping the gathered linen evenly distributed.
