A knee-length linen dress with an elasticated off-the-shoulder neckline, flounced short sleeves and side pockets. THALIADRESS uses the wide tiered flounce to soften the shoulder line, then falls into a relaxed A-line skirt. The elastic band holds the neckline in place, and the skirt remains loose below it.
